Wellies / Outdoor shoes
Please could all children bring a pair of wellies or outdoor shoes into school for use at lunchtimes on the field.
Children require a change of footwear to enable them to go and play outside at lunchtimes on the school field during the Autumn and Winter months.
Please can you ensure that the wellies/shoes are clearly named and in a bag if possible.

Harvest Festival
This year we will once again be collecting harvest items for the LCT Food Hubs and Community CafeTake at look at their facebook page https://www.facebook.com/LCTFoodHubs/
Donations can be brought into either your classroom, school office or at breakfast/wraparound club.

Charlton School Open Evening Thursday 12th October 2023 5pm-8pm
Dear Parents and Carers
At Charlton School we will be holding our Open Evening on Thursday the 12th of October from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. We would be delighted if you and your child would come along to have a look around the school, take part in some of the fun activities on offer and find out more about life at Charlton.
If you would rather visit during school hours, please contact the main reception on 01952 386800 to arrange a personalised tour on our open day which will also be held on Thursday the 12th of October at 9.00am and 11.15am.

Coffee Morning – 7th November 2023 – Reception September 2024
For anyone who would be interested in a Reception place for their child commencing September 2024 we are hosting a coffee morning on Tuesday, 7th November at 9.30 am. Please come along and meet our Head Teacher and our Reception Class teacher.

SUMMER FAYRE
JOIN US FOR OUR 2023 SUMMER FAYRE
SATURDAY 10TH JUNE 12:00 – 3PM
BBQ, ICE CREAM VAN, BOUNCY CASTLE, GAMES, RAFFLE, LOTS OF INDEPENDENT STALLS AND ENTERTAINMENT
LOTS OF PARKING AT THE LION PUB (THE BHARAT) The owners have kindly agreed their car park can be used. Lots of spaces and just a short walk to school. This is just beyond the school on the right hand side by the local shop.
SPACES ALSO AT THE TRIANGLE AND LAY-BY DOWN FROM TRIANGLE
SCHOOL CAR PARK FOR VOLUNTEERS/STALL HOLDERS ONLY.
Please do not try and park in the main car park, as spaces have already been allocated and no one can be blocked in. There needs to be access in and out of car park. Parking on only one side of the lane please.
