Young Voices

A coach has been booked to take the children to the event and this will leave school at approximately 11.30 a.m. They will spend the afternoon rehearsing before the concert in the evening.  The coach will arrive back on site at school at approximately 10.30p.m. Can we please stress that this will be a very long day for the children. Staff on the trip will post on our website with an up-date of the time of arrival when they leave the venue and we will also arrange a text messaging cascade nearer the time.

Your child will need to come to school dressed in their school uniform with a warm coat, packed lunch and tea with cutlery etc, with enough drinks for the day (reminders of what to bring will be sent out nearer the time also)

World Book Day (25^th anniversary) – Thursday March 3^rd 2022

For World Book Day this year we are asking all children to bring in their favourite book to share.  Other activities we have planned for the day include:

Teachers reading a story to a different class

Designing a book cover competition

Releasing a mystery reader video.
